Come join Gary Fishman and I as we lead Denver’s yogis through yoga with live music.  Join us at City Park at 4pm for Yoga Rocks the Park. These outdoor family friendly yoga class coupled with live music are one of the highlights of summertime in Denver!  Be sure to join the fun!

The following weekend is our grand opening at Karma Yoga Center.  We have some amazing events planned for the auspicious summer solstice weekend.

• We kick off Friday the 18th with a gong bath by Gary Fishman…of course.  It begins at 8-9:30 ($20).

• Saturday the 19th has a “backyard barbeque” and DJ Solomoon (Jeremy Wolf) spinning tunes from 1-4pm in our parking lot.  We will be serving up some refreshments and dancing in the backyard.  Then, after our regular yoga class schedule, we are hosting a Kirtan with Waking Alchemy (Ryan Hader and Dakini) $10.  This begins at 7:30 and goes to 9:30. Jai!

• Next,  on Sunday the 20th from 6:30 to 7:30,  we will bless our new studio with a traditional puja.  This will be followed by a drum circle at 8:00-9:30 ($10) led by Scott Shcumacher.   Dance, beat the drums, and celebrate new beginnings!

Wow!  Music and Yoga!  What a union!  Hope to see you at all of these, some of these, or one of these!  There will be lots of prizes and giveaways.  This is a fun event.  Try not to miss heralding in the summer season and our new studio!
