Namaste Friends!

The blessing tiles you created are so beautiful!  We have less than a week before they go to the kiln, and then artisically hung by artist Gary Fishman for the community room.  Many of you have expressed that you want to purchase one so make sure you save a little time this week to come in and paint one.  They take about 15 minutes to create.

This is open for anyone in the community to purchase and paint.  They are easy, fun, and it gives you a chance to artistically send out a blessing to the  community.  We will be finishing up our blessing tile project on Tuesday, June 8th.  Thank you all who have already purchased one.  The cost to paint a tile is $50.  Your charitable contribution is very helpful in the infant stages of our new studio.

Be sure to check out the live music yoga class Thursday evenings at 5:30.  Its a great way to let go of tensions and go within.  Yoga and live music are a harmonic union!  Peter Vrazsity is an amazing  . I am honored to work with him. Come experience sound (nada) yoga.

Our kids yoga classes are super fun.  The kids are loving discovering new poses each class and meeting the great staff of teachers that we have.  There is always an adult class scheduled opposite of the kids class so that parents can practice their yoga too.

Peaceful yoga is our signature class.  It is 30 minutes of gentle stretching and asana (postures) followed by a 20 minute meditation and a 10 minute savasana.  Its the perfect way to bring relaxation into your life.  This class is designed for people who are older, injured, new to yoga, or just needing a gentle practice.  The instructors will guide you every step of the way.  Give yourself an hour of bliss!
