Trini began her yoga journey as a teenager and has practiced different styles of yoga ever since. She underwent her first yoga training at “La Casa Del Angel” with Swami Atma Prakashananda in her hometown of Montevideo, Uruguay. Guided by compassion, she aligned with healing techniques and became a Reiki Master in the Mikao Usui Tradition. Following her love for healing and yoga, she completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in Denver, CO during 2010. She feels thankful and blessed for all the great teachers and students she comes along in her path every day.
