Una Viggiani

I was born in Glenwood Springs, Colo., and reared in upstate New york to a large and loving Italian family. After moving back to Colorado at age 17, I knew I had found my roots and have lived in Colorado since. I earned a degree in Fine Art from the University of Colorado at Boulder, and a Masters degree in Education at Denver University. After teaching in elementary schools for six years, I changed directions and began to pursue my life purpose.Soon, Yoga became a way of life for me and making the shift from art teacher to yoga teacher came naturally. I discovered the Nosara Yoga Institute in Costa Rica, which allowed me to become certified with Yoga Alliance as well as find my new home in the jungle. In addition to practicing yoga everyday, I currently write, paint and dance my way through life. Naturally, I am combining my love of art and yoga, inspiring others to tap into their own creativity through movement, writing and visual art.www.unaparadox.com
