Coming into Grace

Namaste friends,

Spring is here. Including the snow, rain and sleet. It really wouldn’t be spring without it, but I think we have been conditioned to associate spring with bunnies, daffodils, and spring greens. Which is sooo spring. And I so love that about spring. But spring is also a blizzard and a mud slide.

Its Both.

Spring is the Sunshine and the Schizzle. The good news is that spring heralds in the desire for balance. It is the equinox afterall. Plus! This year the spring equinox is within an arm’s reach to the lunar eclipse that lands on this weekend’s Libra Full Moon.

If you are a night owl. We are sending, this newsletter out just at the time of the eclipse…so depending on where you are at and what the weather is like, you might see it.

But you most definitely will feel it.

Or at least you should.

It has a huge effect on the electromagnetic field- which is the energy force around all things in creation-including you.

So when Earth comes between the Sun and the Moon and all three are in perfect alignment, it will create an alignment of their electromagnetic fields as well-all three astral bodies synergize.

Its like a portal opens to the beyond.

Most wisdom traditions believe an eclipse creates a vortex that lifts the veil between the two worlds. When the veil lifts, there is an opportunity to connect to a greater force beyond ourselves.

Ancient megalithes, pyramids, dolmans, and stone circles were erected tens of thousands of years ago to align with and channel the magnificent energy that is generated when eclipses, equinoxes and solstices occur.

This is no joke. This is BIG energy!

And if we tune into it, we could potentially awaken our collective consciousness- and our individual awareness.

And then we could use this force for Good.

Its like getting a booster shot of elder wisdom or intuition.

Sadly many people are out of touch with nature.

They are instead pre-occupied with their technology,

their problems, and their addictions

that they might not even be aware of the eclipse

so they can’t attune with its powerful frequency.

But it will still effect the unaware too. Spirit paints with a wide brush stroke.

Its meant to up-level all of us.

The Creator, Great Spirit, The All, Purusha, Brahma, God, Source, The One…

Whatever you want to call it.

The Universe is always trying to find homeostasis or a balanced state of existence.

Just like our beautiful physical bodies-always trying to keep us healthy,

So an eclipse is a way the Universe can recalibrate the frequencies of the sun, moon and earth so that they are emitting a harmonious flow for the good of the whole.

Um, yes please.

I want to be in harmonious flow with the Universe.

And with all creation.

Actually, Michael and I are feeling particularly aligned with the energies right now.

This weekend we just kicked off our 2024 Spring 200 Hour YTT down in Manitou Springs at the base of Tava Mountain with our dear friend and cohort – the beautiful Ms. Lisa Theis.

All 3 of us had the honor of initiating 8 amazingly aware, open and receptive peeps into a powerful pilgrimage into their spiritual heart.

I know I can speak for all of us when I say we were so completely touched by the authenticity, truthfulness, and beauty of each of them.

At the end of the retreat, we asked each of them to set their intention for the next four months.

Michael led them through a shamanic journey to meet their spirit guides and arrive at their intention for the next four months of the training.

On the other side of the journey they all shared their intentions.

Keep in mind that their-intentions arrived on the cusp of this lunar eclipse-the portal was open.

And they were attuned to the energy.

I fell in love with these beautiful souls.

They renewed my faith in humanity.

They each have a desire to help, heal, and uphold themselves-

as well as each other.

This is so heartwarming.

This entire group is at least two to three decades younger than me,

so when I wonder sometimes if the world is in good hands…

its moments like this that I let out a big sigh and say, “ every little thing is going to be alright”.

We have a sacred circle of confidentiality so I can’t speak too much more about our weekend, but I will say that I am so happy in my heart to meet a group of really caring and capable people.

Inspired by their intentions, I wrote them a little poem:

It takes Courage to Be Authentically Whole-

To find an Alignment with Grace.

I bow to the Deep Presence of Spirit

that resides in each of our Hearts

We are also feeling aligned with the eclipse portal energy because Michael and I will literally be able to see it! We are traveling to Cleveland for second of the two eclipses that happen this month!

The second eclipse is one April 8th and it is a Total Solar Eclipse- on the new moon in Aries. This is a special one because its a total eclipse- similar to the one over Wyoming/Colorado in 2017! Plus, it’s the last one that will cross the United States until 2045!

This eclipse goes right over Cleveland-which is where Michael is from!

His family lives there and we will be visiting them during the eclipse!

So we will definitely be tuning in to get the cosmic downloads on these big days!

And to keep the energy flowing, we are going to take off from Cleveland and go to Scotland to visit an ancient stone circle on the Isle of Lewis, said to be one the most remote places to visit in Europe.

The ancient stone circle is called Callinish- it is an ancient megalith site- similar to England’s Stone Henge.

Michael and I believe it is important to try to align ourselves with healthy energy fields. Things like nature, wholesome foods, and healthy relationships. So when we can, we prioritize these types of trips in our life so that we can experience and attune ourselves to the higher vibrational fields.

And it just so happens to be an auspicious time to visit these particular megaliths. The reason being is that the moon aligns over the stones’ crown chakra every 18.6 years…and this is one of those years!

We are going to see the moon dance on the crown chakra of Callinish! We feel so blessed!

But of course we can’t always flit about the globe and bask in the energy of the many powerful vortexes on the planet. We need to be home too.

So when we are home we are constantly doing our daily sadhana (spiritual practices) and trying our best to keep our energy field clean and clear.

We are constantly trying to align with the Divine. As if everyday was an eclipse…we are calibrating our energy field to the sun, moon, and earth: arguably

the 3 most powerful celestial bodies pulling on our consciousness.

I think on some level, most of us are trying our best to stay balanced between the masculine force (sun) energy and the feminine force (moon) energy.

It is doable, but very demanding. And clearly many people are missing the mark.

And this Libra full moon/lunar eclipse invites everyone of us to stand between the two opposing forces right now on earth and try to strike a balance with our inner emotions and our external persona.

And if we are able to strike a balance between our Higher

Self and our little self; to find equanimity of the mind; to see with real eyes (realize) the errors of our ways; to stand in our power and fight our demons, it is then that we are able to know true Contentment.

Our chakras will open and flow with-

Forgiveness,

Trust,

Love,

Awareness,

Abundance,

Creativity

Patience,

Confidence

and Truth.

This process is called Coming into Grace.

Or you could call it being in the flow.

Basically it means we align our intentions or focus with the All, and in turn Spirit will nourish us with all the things we need to flourish and excel.

Michael and I will return mid April to Colorado, and we are hoping to bring some of the Scottish Highland’s mystical and magical good energy back home to share with all whom we encounter to help inspire and elevate the collective consciousness.

The Universe is really wanting to bring some balance to all our lives.

So use this special time to find balance with your inner and outer worlds, to connect to Spirit and to Come into Grace.
