Love Revolution…

Namaste Family,

There is a subtle shift in the ether. Can you feel it? Seasonally the light is more noticeably softening in toward the equinox. Also, the summer monsoon rains have rolled their afternoon thunderstorms in, creating an energetic shift that softens the intensity of the summer sun-thankfully.

But I can also feel the shift in our collective consciousness. I sense that people are softening their hardwired opinions and perspectives that they have been conditioned to cling to for thousands of years. We humans, over the course of an epoch, have been slowly groomed into adhering to societal ideologies, religious beliefs, and government policy. And as the younger generations grow up they are beginning to question some of that programming.`

We have, for the most part, followed the rules that we have been told to live by, even if we have outgrown or no longer align with some of the laws, rules, beliefs that were handed down to us. But as our world is becoming more global, tech savvy, other worldly, we are beginning to ask ourselves if all that was serving us hundreds of years ago is still relevant to our new mindset of today.

This is a healthy checks and balances for us to go through, and throughout time we have had various iterations of this kind of questioning or even rebellion. Just as recent as 100 years ago its was socially unacceptable for women to have short hair, wear pants, go to the pub, or hold a professional license. We have come a long way baby. The roaring 20’s brought about some change in those ways, and then again in the radical 60’s. And of course before then, and before then we have been questioning enforcements that are placed upon us that don’t resonate. Thank goodness.

When we hit the year 2000, the technology world exploded. We went from land line phones to cell phones. We went from looking up information in the library to Googling it. We went from hand written letters to email, text messaging and Facetime. We have traded in nature time for screen time. We stepped into the world of instantaneous information and communication, and simultaneously we have become more impatient and demanding.

Today we can work from home, shop from home, see our doctors and therapists with tele-health appointments, we do online banking, online dating, and our social time is doom scrolling Facetime, Instagram and Tik Tok. We listen to Audible instead of pick up a book and read. Chat GBT tells us what to say and what to write. And now we even have driverless taxis! Yes! My son just rode one in San Fransisco!

Technology is so advanced now that we could live our lives with little to no human interaction. We have become so accustomed to these isolating conveniences that we are losing a very important and absolutely necessary connection with each other.

Its time for the next evolution of our consciousness. We need to take a radical step back from relying on artificial Intelligence, mass media, and technology for our connection to the world and instead take a step toward listening to our intuition and operating from our deepest heart, our spiritual heart-what the yogis call the hridyam heart. This will bring us into a place of loving-kindness and compassion, generosity and truthfulness. Becoming more heart-centered and less analytical is our next task if we want to save our human family and our home planet Earth.

Humans need to be in relationships with each other. Otherwise, we will lose our spiritual fire. Everything in the world is interconnected through an energetic force-an electromagnetic field of consciousness. Scientists call it quantum entanglement- but essentially we are all singular points of consciousness in an eternal, organic cosmic web of existence and we are all vibrating together in that web. We need each other to help navigate this terrain. Artificial intelligence does not have this organic consciousness. And if we cut ourselves off from each other and nature, then we cut off that connection to the cosmic source or life force.

According to the Vedic teachings, our souls have incarnated here to re-member our true nature-that at our deepest core level we are spiritual beings having human experience. Through our relationships with each other and nature we are able to come into self-realization or self-rememberance. Each of us is a slice of the cosmic source. Each of us is a piece of the life force that sustains all creation. We need each other to help us dwell in our hearts and hold Love as the highest vibration between us all.

If we continue on the path of cybernetics, we will fill up with lots of information, but we will begin to lose our our intuitive wisdom. That intuitive wisdom is the voice of our spiritual heart. It is the guidance and support we need to peacefully co-exist on a healthy and harmonious planet. If we ignore our spirit, we will lose our life force. Love and connection is what fuels the electromagnetic field of consciousness.

The good news is that I believe we are already starting to pull back toward our spiritual hearts. Like I said at the beginning, there is an energetic shift in the air. People are wanting more in their life than simply material wealth and stature. They are beginning to see the emptiness that is inherent in that artificial world. All the stuff in the world can’t replace love and compassion and kindness.

I believe we have enough collective intuition functioning within us that we are consciously, and even subconsciously, making choices to do things that bring us closer to nature, each other and the electromagnetic field of inter-being. We are rebelling by softening. We are inviting a more compassionate, empathetic, loving way into our daily practices.

The media sources show us how much misfortune and suffering there is in the world, making it seem like it is the lion-share of existence, but there are so many good-hearted people in this world. So many people who have a deep sense of compassion and want to help. So many people who want to share and serve and support others. We need to come together and share our hearts. Create a strong spiritual connection between us all. We can have different perspectives but share one love.

We all incarnated at this time to bring the focus back to the heart. Each of us- in our own way has a way to bring more love into the world. It could be through art, food, music, listening, teaching, holding space, gardening, sewing, sharing, caring, or simply hugging. Whatever it is that you do with love, we need it now more than ever.

May we each bring our gift of love into the world and regenerate our current existence with hope, compassion, and harmony. This is a call for a Love revolution. It’s the only thing left that we haven’t figured out, and it is the only thing that really matters in the whole scheme of things.

Much love,

Katrina Marie
