Information We Collect
- Information you send us. When you use a form on our site (for example, a teacher training inquiry, a Soma Spa appointment request, or a retreat interest form), we receive the details you enter, such as your name, email, phone number and message.
- Newsletter sign-ups. If you join our newsletter, your email address is stored with our email service, Constant Contact. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter.
- Member sign-in. When a member signs in to our members' area, we use their email address to send a one-time sign-in code and to confirm an active membership with our booking system, Mindbody.
- Bookings and payments. Class bookings, memberships and purchases are handled by Mindbody. Payment card details are entered with Mindbody and are not stored on our website.
- Website usage. Like most websites, we use cookies and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site, such as which pages are viewed. This information is reported in aggregate and does not identify you personally.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to answer your questions, schedule appointments and calls, manage memberships and member access, send newsletters you have asked for, and improve our website and offerings. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Services We Use
We rely on trusted services to run our studio and website, including Mindbody (bookings and memberships), Constant Contact (newsletters), Google (email and website analytics), and YouTube (livestream classes). Each handles information under its own privacy policy.
YouTube Livestreams
Our livestream classes are hosted on YouTube. Our website uses YouTube API Services to schedule and display livestreams on our own YouTube channel. We do not access or store any YouTube account information of our viewers. By watching our livestreams you are also agreeing to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's use of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Your Choices
You may ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop receiving emails from us. Just email love@karmayogacenter.com and we will gladly help.
