Why Go on Retreat?
The Spirit of Life is the art of living in the modern world while being balanced in your heart center. Find your soul purpose and know how to nourish yourself inside and out. Learn how to integrate the ancient teachings of yoga and the spiritual wisdom of Mother Earth into your daily life. Our spiritual retreat in Mexico is meant to nurture your body, your heart and your Soul. Find your way back home to your inner wisdom through daily practices of yoga, meditation, sacred journey, and immersion in nature.

Overview
Our journey begins in a small fishing village right on the ocean waters of the Mayan Riviera in Mexico. Just 20 miles south of Cancun, this location is safe, easy to get to, and connected to the ancient energies of the Mayan and Mexican peoples. Our special retreat center is totally self-contained, and we will be the only group in the space. There are beautiful accommodations, a private pool, tropical gardens, a covered-outdoor yoga space, free bicycles, and it is a 2-minute walk to the spectacular beaches.

Turtle Reserve, Artisan Markets, Pristine Beaches

This little fishing village is surrounded by tropical mangrove forests and a sea-turtle reserve. Because of this, the village area cannot be commercially developed and maintains it’s local charm. It is home to artisan crafters, local farmers, fisher people, and spiritual seekers. There is a wonderful farmers market, a hand-craft market, and a full service grocery store. There is also a great selection of small beach-side restaurants, a good coffee shop, local craft shops, and beautiful un-crowded beaches.

We will be taking a few adventures into the jungle to visit some of the Sacred Mayan sites, including the famous Chichen Itza, Tulum, and the Ik Kil Cenote.

Attendees will be provided with a daily breakfast and 2 dinners. Each room has it’s own kitchen for cooking or you can eat out. Attendees are responsible for their own airfare. We will provide transportation to and from the airport and to our planned adventures. Everything is within walking/biking distance from our Retreat Center.
