Retreat Overview

New Year. New Tracks… Start 2025 by immersing yourself in the healing waters of Glenwood Hot Springs, a place known for deep rejuvenation and soul medicine. This year, we invite you to experience the magic of Imbolc—the midpoint between winter and spring—at the legendary Yampah Hot Springs in Glenwood Springs, CO. Imbolc is a time of renewal, awakening, and birthing new intentions as we shift from the dormancy of winter into the vibrant potential of spring. Surrounded by snow-covered mountains and the soothing, mineral-rich waters of Yampah Hot Springs—known as “Big Medicine” to the Native Ute people—this retreat offers the perfect opportunity to reconnect with your true self and set your intentions for the year ahead.

Join Katrina and Michael for a weekend of soulful yoga, transformative meditations, water medicine practices, and an Imbolc Ceremony to align with the energies of renewal. The retreat will also include ample personal time to soak in the therapeutic waters, explore the charming town of Glenwood Springs, and bask in the deep nourishment of this sacred space. Whether you are seeking rest, reflection, or renewal, this weekend will provide a perfect balance of community connection and individual exploration.

Retreat Highlights Include:

  • Scenic Roundtrip Amtrak Train Ride from Denver to Glenwood Springs, passing over snow-covered mountain passes and through the mystical Glenwood Canyon along the Colorado River.
  • Unlimited Soaking in the Healing Waters of Yampah Hot Springs.
  • 2 Nights Lodging at Glenwood Hot Springs Resort, with Canyon and Mountain Views.
  • Daily Yoga and Morning Meditations to center and restore.
  • Water Medicine Practices and Soul Sessions with Katrina and Michael.
  • Imbolc Ceremony and Intention Setting for the year ahead.
  • Free Time to explore Glenwood Springs, its charming town, and the surrounding nature.

This intimate, soul-nurturing retreat is designed to provide you with the space to release old patterns, deepen your connection to self, and emerge renewed and ready for the year ahead. It’s an opportunity to honor the energy of Imbolc—reflecting on your intentions for the future while releasing what no longer serves you. Whether you’re seeking stillness, inspiration, or reconnection, you’ll leave this retreat feeling refreshed, empowered, and aligned.

A Journey of Healing and Connection

Your retreat experience begins with a scenic and relaxing train ride aboard Amtrak’s California Zephyr (The Polar Express) on Friday, January 31. The journey will take you over breathtaking mountain vistas with 360-degree views in the observation car. As you approach Glenwood Springs, you’ll pass through the awe-inspiring Glenwood Canyon, leading you to the natural hot springs where you’ll begin your weekend of healing.

At the Glenwood Hot Springs Resort & Spa, you’ll enjoy comfortable accommodations with canyon and mountain views, unlimited access to the rejuvenating waters of Yampah Hot Springs, and a welcoming environment to relax and recharge. Along with your roundtrip train fare, your retreat includes two breakfast meals, one welcome dinner, daily yoga, meditation, soul talks with Katrina and Michael, and an intention-setting Imbolc ceremony to mark this powerful time of year.

On Sunday, after a day of final reflection and soaking, you’ll board the Polar Express for your peaceful return journey through the mountains, carrying with you a sense of renewal and clarity.

Space for this retreat is limited, so we encourage you to reserve your spot early for this transformative and rejuvenating experience!

We look forward to soaking in the healing waters of Yampah Hot Springs and celebrating Imbolc with you in 2025!
