Come to your mat morning and night!

Namaste friends!

Wow!  This is such a beautiful time of year, no?  These blogs usually come at you via our beautiful and eloquent leader, Katrina, but she took a well-deserved day off to spend more time in the mountains, so this one is compliments of Lisa.  🙂

We had a wonderful but short trip up to the Yoga Journal Conference in Estes Park this weekend.  What a great experience that is!  If you haven’t had the chance to attend the conference yet, put it on your list of “things to do.”  It’s so inspiring to be in the bhavana (pulse) of so many incredible yogis and yoginis.  The energy is moving, the whole area vibes, and the yoga re-unites you with your body and soul.  Pair that with the sounds of elk bugling, the light shifting, and the wind fluttering through the aspens, and you’ve got one unforgetable week/weekend.  It’s even gotten to the point that once I notice the light shifting, I know it’s conference time and feel within me the yearning to go inside and connect back with this amazing thing we call yoga.

So!  If the fall has gotten into your bones and you too are feeling the desire to harvest what you have sown get in here!  We changed our schedule last week and have shifted/added/morphed some things to help find the best fit for you.

Sunrise Yoga Flow at 6:15am!

This is an hour class we’ll offer every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.  Come get your early morning  flow on with Jessi, Laura, and Dave.  It is a great way to start the day.

We are also moving our 5:45 pm class times to 6:00pm so you can have a few extra minutes to get to your mat after work.

So now you have a 5:30 option or a 6pm option!   Ryan Hader is on Monday night at 6pm, Elissa is Tuesday night at 6pm, Derik is the Wed 6pm and Kat Saks is the Thursday 6pm!

We have a Mommy and Me class happening right now for the next 5 weeks.

Sara Guenther is an amazing teacher and we are fortunate to have this opportunity.  The class is open to all mommy’s and little babes on Tuesday at 3-4pm.

We also added another prenatal class on Sunday morning at 9:30!

Kundalini is beginning in the third week of October.

Macy (Harjot) Matarazzo is joining our yoga family on Friday 4:15pm and a Sunday 8:30 am kundalini class.

And there is always the refreshing ayurvedic facial…call and book one today.

Speaking of Ayurveda…

Beth Sanchez is doing a workshop on the 9th of October.  This is filling fast so if you are interested in learning some self-care strategies as we head into the next season, be sure to catch this very helpful and informative talk.

Enjoy these easy fall days and the shifts that the season brings, perhaps take a moment to enjoy the cool, crisp mornings and evenings as they flank the warmth of the day.  Take it one step further and enjoy these times on your mat at one of our new class times.  We’d love to see you!

With love and many blessings,

Lisa
