Adriane Anile

Adriane discovered the miracle of yoga after a low back injury over a decade ago while working as a registered nurse. Even being in the health care field, Adriane did not have a clear sense of connection to her own body and healing process. She immersed herself in a month-long yoga retreat at The Himalayan Institute and fell in love with the way her body, mind and soul transformed. Yoga showed Adriane a whole new world of alternative healing. She became a Certified Rolfer (bodywork that focuses on the connective tissue) and eventually a yoga instructor to share with others what has helped her so profoundly. Adriane’s passion for yin yoga stems from the fact that the long poses stretch the connective tissue of the body which is the source of most aches & pains. Her style is very slow, nurturing and meditative to facilitate connection with the body, our own self-healing capabilities and tap into our endless supply of love, bliss and inner peace.
