Hello Cosmic Yogis~

Welcome to the crucible, the turning point, and the weighing of the heart against a feather. This cycle’s astrology is an unfolding of consciousness, like the tumblers of a great lock clicking into place. Cycles upon cycles converge into the present to unlock a path to the heart long forgotten. Are you ready? Of course you are; your Soul chose to incarnate here at this time. This is the hero’s journey. You have heard the stories and mythologies of the Soul, and now it is becoming real. You are the hero, you are the initiate, and you are the light-bearer. We are at a recursion point from our descent from the Bronze Age into the Iron Age, or descending Dwarpa into Kali Yuga, to use the Vedic terms.

The fall of Troy and the story of Odysseus have been imprinted on the collective consciousness for millennia and have served as a collective marker of the global fall of consciousness, a descent into a dark winter. We are now on the other side of the point, on the rising ascent from winter into spring. But as it does from season to season, it can be chaotic and seem to pulse between the two poles for a time. Thus, we were inspired by the Odyssey’s message for our cosmic mantra for this month. We are at a great turning point in a cycle begun with the decay of the golden rule and are now being called back to the heart. Let’s unpack this time…

The Aquarius Full Moon on July 29 may be the most potent of the year. The Moon is conjunct Pluto, the Soul and the cosmic force of evolution, in Aquarius and is opposed by the Sun conjunct Jupiter in Leo, our quest, journey, and odyssey. Full moons are times of illumination and revelation. The Sun and Moon are our outer and inner worlds. They must come into balance with the Soul and our Quest for connection, communion, and heart-centered reality- Leo. This full moon and Pluto are also in the sign of our Cosmological Age of Aquarius, which is a 2,160-year swath of consciousness now in its birthing stages. We are being asked as a collective to realize the Soul in this age and do it as human beings with an infinite and eternal Heart.

The Nodes – points where eclipses happen-  just shifted into Leo and Aquarius on July 27 and will remain there for 18 months until early 2028. This is the axis of evolution for individuals and the collective. The South Node of Leo is asking us to heal our hearts and follow the Golden Rule or Zeus’ Law again- treat each other with Love- Period. It is the directive of the astrological age and of this local time. This is not a test; it is the actual frequency happening now. You are the one you have been waiting for.

With the sun in Leo, we have the annual portals of Lammas and Lion’s Gate. Lammas is Aug 1 and is the midpoint between Summer and Fall, and a celebration of interconnectedness, community, abundance, and sharing heart space. Come together in community and break bread, create and be present with one another- this is harmonic Leo energy, which is the medicine for the Aquarian Age to keep it balanced.

Lion’s Gate is on Aug 8, a portal of the Heart when the Sun passes through the heart of the Lion and the star gate of Regulus. This is particularly potent because just four days later is the Total Solar Eclipse on Aug 12 in Leo. This one is magnetic and cosmic; its frequencies will be far-reaching and, in hindsight, will herald a significant shift in our planetary consciousness. Be in the heart, trust and The Way will unfold.

All of it is framed by the summer Hexagon of the outer planets and 14 sextiles and trines in the field. These are very harmonic and supportive energies. Focus here. Those who know can work with the field of consciousness within and without to step into the flow and synchronicities, in this quickening. One of the longer aspects is the Pluto-Uranus trine, which has a 3-year influence and goes back to 1965-66, when these two planets conjuncted and started a 138-year cycle. This was the start of a revolution and the initiation into the Age of Aquarius. Then the two planets squared from 2012 to 2015 seven times and were a test: do we really want this shift? Now we are in the integration, understanding, and moving forward phase. Choose wisely…

Black Moon Lilith will ingress into Capricorn, retrograde back in Sagittarius, and then march back into Capricorn, the house of Karma and Dharma, throughout Aug. This will be the rise of a forgotten Feminine energy- a pushback- a revealed truth and a humbling that will awaken many as we are called to a collective change back to community-oriented consciousness.

This lands us at the other end of the portal with the Pisces Full Moon and Partial Lunar Eclipse on Aug 27. Do not underestimate the power of this Odyssey unfolding at this time. Trust your Heart, gather with like-minded people, and create with loving hearts. This is the medicine, and this is the way.  Are you ready?
