“In a world that seems ever spinning, ever changing, and sometimes downright confusing, I’ve found peace, solace and leaps of personal growth through my yoga practice over the past 3 years. I aim to lead yoga classes that have a strong physical aspect, with alignment cues and strong body awareness, but emphasize that nearly all asana is lost without a committed link to the breath. It is through the breath that we remain present. It is through the breath that we connect more clearly with the heart.
