It’s hard to believe there was a time in my life that I only wore high heels to work, smoked a pack of cigarettes a day, and my idea of mindfulness was making sure my social calendar was full.
My life completely changed when I started practicing yoga. Now I work barefoot or in my moccasins, talk to my flowers, and I try to keep my calendar as clear as possible. I love yoga.
