Cori Woodland

Cori Woodland, MA, LPC, LAC, CYT.  Cori started practicing yoga in 1998 as a compliment to rock climbing, loving the overlap of movement patterns and alignment cues. Since that time she has learned again, and again, the importance of staying present and slowing down in the yoga practice to tap into finding her own truth within the greater flow of the universe.

Cori teaches yoga in a heart-themed style which incorporates breathe with movement while also focusing on alignment.  Due to her slow flowing movement and alignment-focused style, Cori’s classes are well suited for beginners as well as advancing students who are interested in a mindful practice.

In addition to completing her 200 hour yoga teacher training, she is certified in Trauma-Sensitive Yoga, is a licensed psychotherapist for a local non-profit agency, and offers psychotherapy and yoga services for individuals and families in a small private practice. You can follow her blog, which integrates yoga and psychotherapy with a wholeness perspective, at www.coriwoodland.com/blog. She is also building community through a Facebook page called Mindful Multisport. Join the movement!

By participating in Cori’s yoga classes you can discover your own gifts that arise from a yoga practice focused on alignment, being present, and challenging yourself without getting ahead of yourself.   Namasté: The divine light in me honors the divine light in you.
