Every time you take class between now and the Grand Opening you will be entered into the drawings to receive a FREE 5-class package. We are giving away 6 packages! Prayer Flags

Mantra, or chanting, is one of the most powerful ways to access a deeper state of being. Through the vibrations of mantra, channels of awareness open and you are able to experience yourSelf on a higher plane of existence. Prepare the mind with a form of pranayama and then learn a mantra. After repeating the mantra 54-108 times you will then allow yourself to rest in the vibrations of the mantra to reach a state of meditation.

What: Spring Equinox Mother Earth Ceremony & Hike

Where: Centennial Cone Park, Golden Co (meet at Karma)
Time: 9:15am-12pm
Cost: $10 (children FREE)
Host: Michael Shankara
A gentle 30-min hike over rolling hills into a the secluded valley of Centennial Cone Park. Shaman Michael will guide the group through a ceremony to ground you into the healing energies of Mother Earth. You will be given a healing crystal, sing healing chants, journey through a short nature mediation to honor Mother Earth. We will meet at Karma Yoga at 9:15am and carpooling is encouraged. Picnics encouraged too! Bring food and drink to celebrate at the end!
