Namaste,

We have several options for beginners. We have a beginner flow class on M, W, F, at 10:30am or one at noon on Saturdays. This is a movement based class but geared for those new to yoga. We also have a beginner’s basics class on Saturdays at 8am or 4pm. This class is designed to teach you the fundamentals of each pose and give a well rounded introduction to yoga as a whole. We will also be a beginner’s workhop in April to help you better understand the foundations of yoga. I hope this helps. Hope to see you on your mat soon. Much love, Katrina

Hi Kat!, So glad to hear that you’ve opened your own studio. Congratulations! I attended the summer we were on the patio of Heritage. I’ve missed your classes so much. Teaching in Littleton makes it hard to get to Wash Park but perhaps I can join next summer. I’d love that and would enjoy connecting with you and your staff. I’ll watch for your summer schedule.
